SMS Terms of Service
Effective: November 2025
By submitting your mobile phone number through Redistricting Partners, you expressly consent to receive
automated SMS text messages related to CA elections and redistricting.
PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
The texting programs are all opt-in and will end each election cycle
MESSAGE FREQUENCY
Message frequency varies. Subscribers can expect approximately one
message per day per selected geography during active election periods,
plus occasional confirmation and account messages. Frequency may
increase modestly in the final week before Election Day.
MESSAGE AND DATA RATES
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for
plan details.
OPT-OUT
You can cancel the SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any
message. After replying STOP you will receive one confirmation message
that you have been unsubscribed; no further messages will be sent.

For help, reply HELP to any message. You may also email
paul@redistrictingpartners.com.
CARRIERS
Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint,
Boost, Virgin Mobile, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, Cricket, and most
regional carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or
undelivered messages.
PRIVACY
SMS / Text Message Data
If you provide a mobile phone number to Redistricting Partners through our
ballot-tracker subscription form, we use that number solely to deliver
the SMS updates you have explicitly subscribed to. We do not sell,
rent, share, or otherwise disclose your mobile phone number to any
third party for marketing purposes.
The following data may be collected through the SMS program:
• Mobile phone number
• Carrier
• Date and time of opt-in
• Date and time of any STOP request
• Aggregate delivery statistics (delivered, undelivered) for our own
deliverability monitoring
You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message
from us, or by emailing paul@redistrictingpartners.com
